Opticare offers a 30-day return policy for its physical products. Customers can return physical items within 30 days of receipt, even if they have been used. Returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be processed based on the item's condition and credited to the original payment method. This return policy does not apply to service charges, which are non-refundable.
